Patch 0.19.2 was a minor patch, bringing various minor bug fixes and changes following the massive season 4 update.

The “Land X direct Rocket Hits” quest for Rocket Spleef Rush has been rebalanced slightly to increase the amount of direct hits needed as we felt it was a bit too easy to complete.
Fixed an issue that would sometimes cause quests to be claimable before they are finished.
Fixed an issue that would prevent quests from being refreshed.
Rerolling boosted quests should now not take you back to the quest log.
Fixed missing messages for completing a quest stage.
Daily chest should now display and give the correct rewards for your current streak.
Fixed an issue that would cause you to lose your streak when claiming your chest.
The Daily Chest tooltip no longer displays your bonus MCC+ reward in red if you have MCC+.
Page numbers in the Game Pass now update correctly when changing pages, and they are also now properly aligned in the menu.
The Quest Log should now be your default menu when opening the Journal.
Renamed “Quick Timed Orb of Poison” to “Short Timed Orb of Poison” to be consistent with other orbs.
Made the error message shown when inspecting a player whilst in a game clearer.
Fixed an issue that was causing the Meter Chest to reward extra tokens instead of scrolls.
Fixed an issue that would cause outdated Quest Scrolls to show in the Infinibag when adding a new Quest Scroll from the quest menu.
Increased the size of the Wardrobe/Infinibag icons when sent in chat messages.
The Loyalty Road info tooltip no longer says the Faction Master is on the ship - he’s moved now!
Rocket Spleef Rush badges now specifically mention that they obtainable only in Rocket Spleef Rush, to be more consistent with other badges.
Fixed an issue that caused Battle Pass claimed rewards not being marked with a check mark correctly.
Fixed an issue that would cause duplicate messages to be sent when you receive silver from an openable or other source.
The legacy Monthly Boost store package that is no longer available to purchase now gives 300 gems instead of the legacy economy items for those who are still subscribed to it.
