Hugely Helpful Scepter is a Legendary and Limited 
accessory cosmetic, found within the 
Bonus Collection, that was introduced in Patch 0.21.0. It is unobtainable to most normal players, as it is only awarded to select players that have helped Noxcrew with 2 unknown "colossal" tasks.
This cosmetic does not count to totals for normal players and gives 0 Bonus Trophies.
