A Mystery Cosmetic Crate is an 
openable item and it can be purchased from Scavenger's Hideout for 50,000 Coins. When it is opened, it will give the player a random cosmetic Blueprint for a Cosmetic of any rarity - as all rarities have an equal chance of showing up.
