Patch 0.31.0 was a major patch, which marked the end of Season 5, the start of Spirit Blossom, and contained many more changes and bug fixes.
Season 5 End
- Cyber Surge Cosmetic Keys can now be scavenged into tradeable Limited Cyber Surge Cosmetic Crates, containing the same cosmetics and odds.
- The cosmetics from the Cyber Surge Collection are now obtainable as blueprints.
- New Cyber Surge Cosmetic Crate available in the Crate Emporium
- All Cyber Surge Cosmetic Blueprints have been added to Sus Stu. & Co.
- All Cyber Surge Cosmetic Blueprints can now drop from the Cosmetic Machine.
- This means that over 1,000 new Royal Reputation is now available, so get collecting!
Changes to Cosmetic Collections
- Reorganized the Cosmetic Collections, moving around many collections and condensing the total number of collections from 32 to 19. This change has primarily been made so they are more cleanly categorized and fit on one page.
- Notably, all Mythic cosmetics obtained from Vendors are now a part of the new Triumph Vendor collection, and all cosmetics in this collection have a new flashy tag, Triumph. This collection includes the Climbers and Pharaoh sets, as well as the Mythic Ghost Frog too.
- Some collections that gave Collection Bonuses have been combined, but so have the bonuses. The total amount of trophies across all bonuses has been increased, from 6,500 to 7,500.
- Collection Bonuses have also been reworked to be incremental, instead of all or nothing.
- For every 20% of the cosmetics from that collection you’ve unlocked, you’ll get 20% of the bonus.
- For example, if a collection has 50 cosmetics and a total bonus of 500 trophies, for every 10 cosmetics you unlock, you’ll earn 100 trophies of that bonus.
Other Changes
- Doubled the amount of Island Exchange Listing Slots all players have. By default, players now have 2 slots instead of 1, and ranked players get twice as many additional slots as before, meaning Grand Champ Supreme has 10 slots.
- Added buttons to filter by Rarity and Tag for cosmetics to the Wardrobe Menus, Royal Progress Menu, and Chroma Pack application menu.
- Removed the Spooky Huntmaster badge. The scaling issues this badge has did not feel worth continuing support for a bonus trophies badge, and it would only get worse with a badge per hunt, which we would have added for this hunt.
- Added a button to /ignore a player when you report them.
- We’ve also made a few changes surrounding the friends system based on player feedback and bug reports.
- The default value for the Activity setting has been changed from Everyone to Friends. Note that this change will only impact players who haven’t changed the setting yet, or new players who join the server for the first time. If you’ve already changed the value of this setting at any point, even if it is currently set to Everyone, your existing value will be preserved.
- Fixed an issue that was causing the player join/leave notifications to ignore the Activity setting if it was set to Friends.
- You will now show as offline to other players in the friends and party/plobby invite menus if your Activity setting is set to Friends and the viewing player is not in your friends list, or your Activity setting is set to Private.
- Reworked the sorting of cosmetics in cosmetic collections to be Accessories, Hats, Cloaks, Fishing Rods, Weapon Skins, Auras, and then Trails.
- Fixed Battle Box Arena kits with incorrect items: Standard Flanker, Bastion Flanker, Battle Scrapper.
