The Perk Terminal is a place on MCC Island introduced in Patch 0.24.0 used to access, view, and manage the player's Style Perks. It is located inside the Splinter's Workshop, beside the Scavenger NPC and Material Market.
Usage
Once opened with Right Click, the Perk Terminal shows each of the 15 Style Perks arranged in a 5x3 grid. When hovering over a Style Perk, the tooltip will display its current level, chances/rewards, upgrade cost and upgraded chances/rewards. Clicking on the "Info" icon in the top right will display the perk level in the bottom right of each perk's slot. 
Left clicking a perk will upgrade it, provided you have the materials, and 
right clicking will display more advanced info in the tooltip.
