Watcher Pack is a Mythic and Exclusive 
cloak cosmetic, found within the Cyber Surge Collection, that was introduced in Patch 0.24.0. It can be unlocked upon reaching Level 90 of the Cyber Surge 
Battlepass.
It is 
Colorable, meaning players can apply chroma packs to it, allowing them to change its colour.
Style Trophies: 100 for owning it and an extra 10 if all 4 chroma packs are applied to it.
