The Elite Angler is a hidden vendor on the Tropical Overgrowth Fishing Island, and sells the player Rare, Epic, and Legendary Bait and Lines. The vendor's stock is static and does not deplete or refresh. Bait and Lines can also be converted to higher tiers in bulk. Unlike the A.N.G.L.R. Supplies shop, the Elite Angler has no quantity limits for trading Bait and Lines.
