Sea Monsters was the fourteenth in-game event on MCC Island, introduced in Patch 0.27.0. The event introduced new Limited cosmetics, an Event Pass, and new maps for Dynaball, Rocket Spleef Rush, and TGTTOS.
Sea Monster Scales
The Sea Monsters event brings a new limited-time currency to the Island, Sea Monster Scales. Sea Monster Scales can be obtained through completing Quests and claiming the Daily Meter, with each claim and completion giving 1 Scale.
Sea Monster Scales can be used to buy consumable items at the Sea Merchant NPC, located in the Event Area.
Event Pass
The Sea Monsters Event Pass is similar to the Battlepass, though the Event Pass only lasts for the duration of the event. Players can progress it by earning Island XP, and the pass contains 20 levels. The Free Road is accessible to all players, and the Premium Road can be purchased in-game for 350x

Cosmetics
This event includes many cosmetics new to unlock, and some that were previously obtainable in other events. They can be obtained through the Event Pass, Sea Monster Machine, and the Sea Monster Auction. The details can be found in the table below:

These cosmetics will be unobtainable except through trading after the event ends.
Sea Monster Machine
The Sea Monster Machine is a variant of the Cosmetic Machine. The machine can be pulled with Sea Monsters Cosmetic Keys, and contains 14 cosmetics: 8 from previous events and 2 new Cosmetic Sets. After 10 pulls, the next pull is guaranteed to be Legendary or higher.
Sea Monster Auction
The Sea Monster Auction is a variant of the Grand Auction. Each day during the event, two auctions are held: one for the Lobster Set and one for the Pirate Octopus Set, with one item from each set sold per day.
