Island Rewards is a rewarding system on the server. Players can get various reward crates or gems (for MCC+ players) when they claim any of the items in the menu. These items (and their respective sub-system) will reward players based either on their Island XP earnings, completing tasks in the Quests system, or by logging on to the server consecutively each day.
The Island Rewards menu can be accessed via the 
Journal, either in the player's hotbar or using the /journal command:
