The Great Yellow Creature Hunt

The Great Yellow Creature Hunt is the first in-game event on MCC Island. This event was created in a response to a recent surge of yellow creature skinned players on the server.

Background and Timeline

On the launch of the server, one of the players, AProfLoser and his friends changed their skins to be a staring yellow person. This trend was quickly spread to other players, and was recognised by many participants and the Noxcrew members, prompting the very first in-game event of the server.

On August 23, 2022, as with the 0.1.1 Patch, an event was introduced in order to "capture" the creatures. All the Noxcrew members and MCC participants are given a net that when a player is hit by it, that player will be sent to a jail in the basement of the police station. They will not be able to teleport for 3 minutes, however, they can escape via the sewers from the toilet provided in the jail.

Soon after, after numerous captures, AProfLoser negotiated with InTheLittleWood, who was streaming right when the patch dropped, to give some spaces for these creatures to live. A negotiation was issued between them that they are to stay in a specific set of islands near the Blue Bats faction area. Later, InTheLittleWood spoke to the Noxcrew about that and finalised that they were to be given two tiny islands and a floatie and to stay there. If they were to escape, they would be given a jail time of a year.

Several participants have also joined the yellow creature army, prominently Krtzyy, who was in support of the army since the beginning.

On August 25, 2022, the event ended, with a new hut in between the two islands negotiated as well as a NPC named "ProfWinner", referring to the leader of the group.
