Internal Tester Cap is a Legendary 
hat cosmetic, found within the 
Special Collection, that was introduced in Patch 0.1.0. This cosmetic is no longer obtainable, as it was exclusively available as a reward to all MCC Island testers which were part of the server's Closed Alpha testing period.
