Astronaut Helmet (Star-Ranger) is an Epic and Exclusive 
hat cosmetic, found within the 
Seasonal Variety Collection, that was introduced in Patch 0.11.0. Its 
blueprint form can be obtained in a number of ways:

Colorable, meaning players can apply chroma packs to it, allowing them to change its colour.
It can reward the player with up to 60 
Style Trophies: 50 for owning it and an extra 10 if all 4 chroma packs are applied to it.
Its token form can be scavenged in the Scavenger's Hideout for 5x 
Exclusive Cosmetic Core, with a 15% chance for 1x 
Arcane Cosmetic Core (2 rolls after 5 donations).
The first 5 donations also grant 10
Royal Reputation.
Astronaut Helmet (Star-Ranger)'s blueprint form must be crafted at the Blueprint Assembler into a cosmetic token before use.
Alternatively, it can be scavenged for 11,250
Coins.
