Scavenging

Scavenging is a mechanic on MCC Island that allows players to turn certain, unwanted items into other currencies and materials.

Players can scavenge their items either at the Duke Von Ratswold (Scavenger's Hideout) and Emissary Vox (Splinter's Workshop) NPCs, or via the scavenging remote access (With MCC+).

With the Grand Champ rank, players can instantly scavenge all non-limited Cosmetic Tokens in their infinibag using the Cosmetic Bulk Scavenge feature.

Below is a list of all items that can be scavenged, along with the items they scavenge into:

The rewards for scavenging Cosmetic Tokens varies based on the cosmetic type, its source and how many times its been donated.

As an example, scavenging a Legendary Exclusive Cosmetic Token at 5/5 donations will not give Royal Reputation and will give 10 Exclusive Cosmetic Cores, with a 30% chance for a bonus Arcane Cosmetic Core, rolled twice. This means you can get 0 - 2 Arcane Cores!

Chroma Packs can be scavenged for coins instead of their normal use of colouring a cosmetic, for the following amounts:

Cosmetic Blueprints scavenge for a varying amount of coins, depending on the cosmetic type and rarity. They give the following amounts:

Materials can be scavenged to give varying amounts of Material Gloop, which can then be used to buy other materials. Some materials have a chance to scavenge for 1 bonus Gloop.

Scavenging materials loses 50% of the material's Gloop value.
