Halloween 2024 was the third in-game Halloween event on MCC Island, lasting from October 22nd, 2024 until November 5th, 2024. This edition brought back the Haunted Hub Hunt and shops from the previous year, while introducing a new "Spooky Stash Meter" and 10 new limited-time cosmetics exclusive to the Halloween Shop.
As with past Halloween events, the island received a makeover, featuring scary decorations and various re-textures. This makeover, as well as the Halloween and Cursed Oni shops, remained for an extra week, until November 12th.
Haunted Hub Hunt

Spooky Stashes
Every day throughout the hunt, 15 Spooky Stashes could be found in random locations around the island - totalling 210 unique locations over the whole event. Each stash could be claimed once and rewarded players with a random selection of 
Candy 
and 
Spirits 
. As well as this, finding stashes granted progress towards the 
Spooky Huntmaster Badge, which gives the player 
Bonus Trophies.
Spooky Chests
Additionally, one Spooky Chest could be found in a random location on the island - totalling 14 unique locations over the whole event.

- 25-75x
Green Candy - 2-6x
Blue Candy - 1-3x
Spooky Spirit - 1x
Ancient Spirit (25% chance)
Halloween Shop
- Main Article: Hayseed
Hayseed, the friendly Scarecrow, brought back the Halloween Shop, allowing players to purchase ten new exclusive cosmetics and other items in exchange for their Spooky Spirit and Candy.
The shop also allowed players to exchange 10x Green Candy for 1x Blue Candy, and purchase Spooky Chests for 200 
Gems each.

The following ten cosmetics could be purchased using Spooky Spirit, requiring a total of 235. These cosmetics were moved to the Legacy Machine once the event ended.

The Cursed Oni

The event also brought back The Cursed Oni NPC, who is willing to trade Mythic Cosmetics for Ancient Spirits.
The same Mythic Cosmetics as the previous year could be traded with The Cursed Oni, although for different prices: requiring a total of 65 instead of 10.

Meters
Throughout the event, two spooky meters were active:
Spooky Chest Meter
The Spooky Chest Meter returned, allowing for passive obtaining of 
Spooky Chests by earning Island XP. The meter started at a base 3,000 XP with 130 max claims, but the XP required increased by TBA every 10 claims.
Spooky Stash Meter
This edition introduced the new Spooky Stash Meter, rewarding players with Spooky Chests for claiming Spooky Stashes around the Island, as part of the Haunted Hub Hunt. It rewarded a Chest every 10 claims, with no limit.
