• 8.3% chance from the Arcane Gate
• 0.0025% chance when making an Ultimate Pull at the Cosmetic Machine
• Purchasing from Suspicious Stu for 2x Arcane Gate Key

If the player owns the cosmetic in their wardrobe, it grants +5% Efficient Assembler.

Owning it rewards the player with a total of 100 Style Trophies.
