The Temperate Collector is a hidden vendor on the Dark Grove Fishing Island. The player can purchase cosmetics from the Fishing Collection using Temperate Cosmetic Cores, or sell Temperate Cosmetic Cores in exchange for A.N.G.L.R. Tokens.
