accessory cosmetic that was introduced in 0.8.0 and is obtainable from Rare Cosmetic Crates, which give the cosmetic in blueprint form at random. Cosmetic Crates attuned to the Oceanic cosmetic pool have a higher chance of giving this cosmetic.

Chroma Applicable, meaning players can apply chroma packs to it, allowing them to change its colour.
It rewards the player with a total of 40
