accessory cosmetic that was introduced in 0.1.0 and is obtainable from the Watchman NPC inside the Bandit's Hideout
It is 
Chroma Applicable, meaning players can apply chroma packs to it, allowing them to change its color.
Style Trophies - 20 for owning it and an additional 10 if all 4 chroma packs are applied to it.
