The A.N.G.L.R. Fishmonger is a vendor who can be found on all Fishing Islands, as well as in the Fishing building to the left of spawn on the Main Island. The Fishmonger will buy all your caught fish, with the higher rarities and weights selling for more 
A.N.G.L.R. Tokens.
