Hugely Helpful Scepter is a Legendary 
accessory cosmetic that was introduced in 0.21.0 and is unobtainable to normal players. It is awarded to MCC Island testers that have helped Noxcrew with two unknown "colossal" tasks.
This cosmetic does not count to totals for normal players and gives 0 
Bonus Trophies.
Trivia
- The obtainment description is a reference to the fact that is the second cosmetic given to testers for a "colossal task", the first being the Hugely Helpful Hat.
