View and claim items you've received.

The Mailbox, introduced in Patch 0.24.0, is a menu within the Journal where players can receive messages with enclosed items.

These messages often contain important information after patches and issues, and may therefore be used to provide compensation or refunds. It is additionally used for the Grand Auction to return coins when a player is outbid, or to reward the player with the cosmetics they have won if they had the highest bid.

If the player has unclaimed mailbox deliveries, they will periodically receive a reminder message to claim them, with a prompt to run the /mailbox command, which acts as a quick way to access the menu.

• Auction Won: You were the highest bidder on this auction when it ended, so you won the item.

Trivia

• Due to a bug in the mailbox system, the "MCC+ Token Package" message on July 11th, 2025 was mistakenly sent to all players and was duplicated five times.
  • In an effort to revert the mistakes, another bug resulted in gems being removed in excess from every player that logged on since 0.24.0. As such, the developers were ultimately forced to shutdown the server in order to rollback the database to the moment before the erroneous messages were sent out.
  • This mistake also occurred at the same time as the 'Season 5 release' marketing communications.
  • The "Recovered Message - 5PL1NT3R" message was sent as compensation for the downtime.
• The "Recovered Message - 5PL1NT3R" message is from Mr.Rusty Neils to Ms.Ann ex-Neils, the divorced owners of Splinter's Workshop.
  • Their divorce papers could previously be found in the workshop prior to Patch 0.24.0.
