Star Sailor's Tutu is an Epic and Exclusive cloak cosmetic, found within the Neon Galaxy Collection, that was introduced in Patch 0.11.0. Its File:Epic Exclusive Cosmetic Blueprint.png blueprint form can be obtained in a number of ways:

5% chance when opening a Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination Neon Galaxy Cosmetic Crate
Purchasing from File:Head-Big Cheese.png Big Cheese for Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination Neon Galaxy Cosmetic Crates

0.16% chance when making an Ultimate Pull at the Cosmetic Machine
0.012% chance when making a Basic Pull at the Cosmetic Machine

It is Colorable, meaning players can apply chroma packs to it, allowing them to change its colour.

It can reward the player with up to 60 Style Trophies: 50 for owning it and an extra 10 if all 4 chroma packs are applied to it.

Its token form can be scavenged in the Scavenger's Hideout for 5x Exclusive Cosmetic Core, with a 15% chance for 1x Arcane Cosmetic Core (2 rolls after 5 donations).
The first 5 donations also grant 10 Royal Reputation.

Blueprint Recipe

Star Sailor's Tutu's blueprint form must be crafted at the Blueprint Assembler into a cosmetic token before use. Alternatively, it can be scavenged for 11,250 Coins.
